Who can get it?

This service is currently available at the following locations:

  • Europlaza
  • Kings Wharf

If your location is not listed above, then you require either Metro Internet or Business DSL .


What do you need?

  • We provide you with everything needed to install and activate our service


How do I get it?

  • Download or collect the application form from our reception and complete
  • Fax, scan/email or deliver the form in person to our reception
  • You will be contacted to arrange a date and time for our technician to install this service


When is telephone helpdesk support available?


The helpdesk is currently available Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm on +350 200 47 201


What is a fixed IP address?

A fixed IP address is manually assigned to you and ensures that you have the same IP address each time you log on to Sapphire. Fixed IP addresses are usually required for hosting websites and mail services and also for using Virtual Private Networks.
