Some customers have experienced problems accessing their Sapphire e-mail (using our webmail or other e-mail clients) over recent days.

Most users will be able to resolve this by changing their login ID to their full e-mail address (e.g. 'lopez@sapphirenet.gi' in lieu of 'lopez') and using their existing password.

If this doesn't work for you, the problem is likely related to a password which has been deemed insufficiently secure. If you encounter an invalid login or password message, please contact our Customer Services Support on 20047200 and we will arrange for your password to be reset.

Otherwise, and specifically if you are able to log in but still experience problems sending or receiving e-mails, you may need to change some settings - please verify that your account is set up correctly by following instructions here .

UPDATE: After customer feedback we kindly ask you to pay particular attention to the instructions relating to SMTP Authentication
