Email Incident 26/1/15

These instructions are for customers who have experienced email outtages on the 26th January and do not use Sapphire Webmail to receive their email.

- Before following the instructions below, if you are a Gibtelecom VDSL customer, please restart your router.

- The screen shots used in these instructions are from Outlook, but are applicable for any other email client.
