The MySapphire portal is available to Sapphire customers only. If you are a Sapphire customer you should have received your log in details via email.
Don't have your Log in details?
If you don't have your log in details, please click on the 'Forgot my account name or password' link to reset your password and have your details resent to you.
If you get a 'No user was found...' error, we may have an incorrect email address in our systems. Please send an email to support@sapphire.gi confirming your Name, Contact number, Email address and Account number. We will then update our records and email your log in details back to you.
