Customer Services Representative

Our face of the company, we are looking for dynamic and outgoing people who can confidently represent the company.
Working in the front line of an extended support team ensuring we meet and exceed our customer expectations


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide information about our products and services
  • Take orders, advising of charges and taking payment
  • Review or make changes to customer accounts
  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, recording details of customer contacts and actions taken
  • Working closely with accounts and technical departments when required to resolve customer concerns
  • Handle returns or complaints, referring customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help

Required Technical Skills:

  • Dynamic and outgoing  personality
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Experience with CRM applications
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good level of written and or spoken Spanish an advantage

Other Requirements:

  • Able to work within variable hours
  • Willing to conduct some work remotely
