What will you need?

  • Wireless router and filter (provided)
  • Access to a telephone line


How do I get it?

  • Download or collect the Sapphire application form from our reception and complete
  • Collect the Gibtelecom* application form from our reception and complete
  • The Sapphire application may be faxed, scanned/emailed or delivered in person to our reception. However the Gibtelecom application must be delivered in person to our reception as the original document is required
  • We will contact you once your ADSL account has been activated, your router has been configured and is ready for collection from our reception
  • Gibtelecom will inform you when your ADSL line has been activated

*The ADSL line will be provided by Gibtelecom and therefore requires a separate application, however we will handle the application on your behalf.


What is a fixed IP address?

A fixed IP address is manually assigned to you and ensures that you have the same IP address each time you log on to Sapphire. Fixed IP addresses are usually required for hosting websites and mail services and also for using Virtual Private Networks.


What is a line filter?

This device allows you to make calls while the ADSL router is connected to your telephone line. If you have more than one telephone point, you will need additional filters which may be purchased separately
